To Serve & Protect

In 1999, the law enforcement community in New Hampshire teamed up with Irving Oil Corporation and started a fundraiser to benefit Special Olympics. To Serve and Protect gave law enforcement officials and Special Olympics athletes a chance to meet their community members and raise funds for a great cause.

What are “To Serve & Protect” and "Fueling Dreams"?
Law Enforcement Officers and Special Olympics athletes, coaches and volunteers will pump gas and wash windows for customers.

  • Customers will be encouraged to give a donation to support the fundraiser.
  • Collection buckets will be positioned inside and outside the station
  • Additional activities will take place at certain locations such as clowns, radio broadcasts, selling food, etc.
  • Irving will donate 5 cents per gallon the entire weekend of the fundraiser at all participating locations.
  • The entire month of May, Irving will be selling window static clings for $1.00.
