9th Annual Penguin Plunge - Sunday, Feb. 3th at Hampton Beach, NH!

The Penguin Plunge is SONH’s largest annual fundraiser.  In 2008, 807 plungers ran, jumped, dove and flopped into the icy Atlantic Ocean on Super Bowl Sunday to benefit Special Olympics athletes statewide.

The Plunge is a unique one day event that features live music by Gazpacho, good food, an energetic atmosphere and most of all cold water.

Please join us at Hampton Beach as a plunger, a volunteer or a spectator for this great event.
