The time and energy of volunteers allows SONH to fulfill our mission of providing year-round sports training and competition to our athletes. Volunteering is a rewarding way you can help change the lives of people with intellectual disabilities in the state of New Hampshire, and while you are working to change the lives of our athletes they will end up changing yours! Volunteers provide support for all parts of our organization. You can find volunteers at every fundraising event, every competition, every training, and in the SONH office. They take on a variety of tasks with energy and dedication!
