Special Olympics New Hampshire (SONH) is a fast-paced, athlete centered, volunteer led, event-based organization for people with intellectual disabilities. We promote inclusion, acceptance, and physical fitness, allowing our athletes to experience the joy of sports and gain self-confidence.
This job is remote but you must reside in New Hampshire and be available to travel throughout the state at least twice per month.
The Manager, Program Data is part of the Data & Systems Department, which works as team to develop systems that cultivate an organization wide culture that embraces:
- quality data (tracking, entry and use)
- documented policies and procedures
- utilizing technology to work as efficiently and effectively as possible
SALARY, BENEFITS & PERKS
- Salary range of $60,000 – $80,000
- Work from your NH home base with company provided equipment and supplies
- Flexible Schedule Option from mid June through Labor Day (four – 10 hour days)
- Earn more than 5 weeks of paid time off annually:
- 2 weeks accrued vacation in year 1, higher accrual in future years
- 4th of July week off with pay
- 12 paid holidays, including 3 accrued floating holidays
- 6 days accrued sick time

- Premiums are 100% company funded for employee.
- Option to opt-out of medical coverage and receive a cash stipend.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Agon is a proprietary web-based program that Programs (teams) use to track information, communicate with their athletes, families and volunteers, manage their website and register for competitive events. The Manager, Program Data supports users in the system.
Event data for all program events. The Manager, Program Data manages all data associated with our mission-based events (competitions, fitness challenges, Unified Champion Schools, athlete leadership, health athletes) including event registration.
Program data (entry & clean up) The Manager, Program Data is responsible for tracking all information associated with our programming. The Manager will ensure that this important data is accurate and regularly updated.
The Registration System (TRS). This third party site is used as a registration tool for many of our events including Leadership Conference and one day volunteers at all of our events throughout the year. The Manager, Program Data will set up, trouble shoot and report on registrations in the system. Additionally, they will stay up to date on new features to ensure we are maximizing its use.
Volunteer data (entry & clean up). The Manager, Program Data is responsible for tracking all information associated with our volunteers. The Manager will ensure that this important data is accurate and regularly updated.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must work multiple events throughout the year that include evenings, weekends and overnights
- Available to regularly travel throughout New Hampshire
- Able to lift 35 pounds, move about, bend, reach and be on one’s feet for several hours at a time
- Cell phone (monthly stipend provided to help offset cost)
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation as needed throughout the workday
