A Weekend of Connection, Training, and Team Spirit

This past weekend, our 2026 Team New Hampshire delegation gathered in Waterville Valley for their first full Teambuilding Camp—and the excitement for what lies ahead was unmistakable. With the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games just months away, this was the moment the team truly began shaping their identity, strengthening their bonds, and preparing for the experience of a lifetime.

Building a Stronger, Unified Team

Throughout the weekend, athletes, Unified partners, and coaches participated in activities designed to help them connect, support one another, and build trust. From icebreakers and “get to know you” games to fitness sessions and goal-setting conversations, the team dove in with enthusiasm. By the end of camp, Team NH had learned their official cheers, discovered shared interests, and laid the foundation for the powerful sense of unity they’ll bring with them to Minneapolis.
