Seven Runners. One Mission. SONH Runs Boston.
This spring, seven runners from across New Hampshire will take on 26.2 miles along one of the most iconic marathon courses in the world, all in support of Special Olympics New Hampshire (SONH).
The team brings together Special Olympics athletes, unified partners, volunteers, and community supporters. Each runner carries a unique story, but they share a common goal: to help create inclusive opportunities for athletes of all abilities across the Granite State.
Together, they are training, fundraising, and rallying community support to ensure more than 2,500 Special Olympics New Hampshire athletes can continue to train, compete, and thrive year-round.

More Than a Marathon
While race day marks a powerful moment, the impact of SONH Runs Boston extends far beyond the finish line. Funds raised through the team support Special Olympics New Hampshire’s year-round sports training, competition, health, and leadership programs that empower athletes across the state.
Each mile these runners take represents confidence built, friendships formed, and opportunities created for athletes of all abilities.
Community members are encouraged to follow the team’s journey, learn more about each runner, and support their peer-to-peer fundraising efforts.
