Athletes showcased their skills at Paradis Farm in Dover this past Saturday.

October 7, 2026

Last Saturday was a beautiful, sunny day at Paradis Farm in Dover, where Special Olympics New Hampshire athletes came together for the 2026 State Equestrian Show.

Athletes took to the arena to showcase the skills they’ve developed through countless hours of training, demonstrating confidence, control, sportsmanship, and a strong partnership with their horses. Throughout the day, competitors gave it their all while family members, coaches, volunteers, and spectators cheered them on from the sidelines.

We extend our sincere thanks to the entire team at Paradis Farm for once again hosting an outstanding competition. Their dedication, hospitality, and attention to detail helped create a welcoming environment where athletes could perform at their best and enjoy a memorable day of competition.

A special thank you also goes to our friends at Walmart, who generously provided lunch for athletes and volunteers. Their support helped keep everyone fueled throughout the day and added to the sense of community that makes Special Olympics events so special.

Events like the State Equestrian Show would not be possible without the volunteers, coaches, officials, and partners who give their time, energy, and support. We are grateful to everyone who played a role in making the day a success.

Most importantly, congratulations to all of the athletes who competed. Your hard work, dedication, and passion for the sport were on full display, and we are proud of each and every one of you.

We look forward to seeing everyone back in the arena next year!
