The Special Olympics New Hampshire State Golf Tournament is a day where athletes and Unified partners come together to showcase their skills, teamwork, and love of the game. Hosted at the beautiful Owl’s Nest Resort & Golf Club, the competition highlights the spirit of inclusion both on and off the course.
Competition Opportunities
Athletes will compete in a variety of formats designed to match ability levels and celebrate progress:
- Unified Alternate Shot Team Play – 5, 9, and 18-hole events where athletes and Unified partners alternate shots and share in strategy and success.
- Unified Aggregate Shot Team Play – 18-hole format where athletes and Unified partners each play their own ball, and scores are combined.
- Individual Stroke Play – 9- and 18-hole events for athletes competing independently.
- Individual Skills Competition – Athletes demonstrate key golf skills such as driving, chipping, and putting in a supportive environment.

- 7:00AM Volunteers arrive
- 7:15AM Local Programs Check In
- 8:00AM Competition Begins
- 11:00AM Lunch
- 3:00PM Competition Ends
