Announcing This Year’s Theme: Red Carpet Premiere
Get ready to roll out the red carpet!
This year’s Winter Water Sports season will celebrate all things Hollywood with our Red Carpet Premiere theme. We encourage participants, teams, schools, organizations, volunteers, and supporters to join in the fun with themed costumes, team names, decorations, and fundraising challenges.
Whether you’re walking the red carpet solo or arriving with your whole cast, this is your chance to shine while supporting Special Olympics New Hampshire athletes.

Volunteering Plunge Weekend – Save The Date!
Plunge Weekend takes hundreds of volunteers working together both before and during the event. Volunteer opportunities begin as early as Wednesday of Plunge Week and continue through the weekend.

Volunteer roles may include:
- Helping with participant check-in and support
- Being part of the excitement at the Casino Ballroom during event festivities and celebrations
- Assisting on the beach during the Plunge action
- Photography and videography support
- Behind-the-scenes event operations
- Event setup and preparation throughout the week
- And much more!
Whether you can help for a few hours, a full day, or throughout the week, we’d love to have you involved.
Help Us Build the Magic
Behind every successful Special Olympics New Hampshire event is a dedicated team of volunteer leaders helping to make the magic happen.
Our Management Teams are made up of dedicated volunteer leaders who each help oversee a specific area of the event. Rather than planning everything themselves, each team member serves as the point person for an important piece of the experience, helping ensure every detail comes together to create an unforgettable weekend.
From organizing signage and participant check-in to coordinating decorations, volunteer support, beach logistics, hospitality, and more, each person brings their own skills, ideas, and enthusiasm to help the event shine.

We already have an incredible team in place, but we’re currently looking to fill several openings with new volunteers who are eager to share their passion, expertise, and energy. Whether you’re a natural organizer, a creative thinker, a community connector, or simply someone who loves making great experiences happen, there’s a place for you on the team.
Interested in learning more? Click the button below to email us. We’d be happy to share more about the available roles and what being part of a Management Team entails.
