Do all Plungers and/or Dippers go into the water at the same time?
No. Plungers are grouped into waves consisting of about 300 Plungers each and Dippers of about 30. A participants wave is determined by number of years that person has plunged/dipped. All flocks and/or bands of bears are grouped into the same wave.
