School Coordinator (Flock Leader)

It takes only one person to inspire others to get involved. Become a School Coordinator (Flock Leader) and experience the Plunge with faculty, staff and students of your high school.

How to form a Flock

1. As a School Coordinator, register online. When you open the register link, select register for an event and follow the instructions. Firstgiving will ask you to select your school (it should already be listed).
  • If your school name is not listed, please contact Rachael Nicolaou at (603) 624-1250 x.28

For those registering in person, bring the following to one of the Check-in sites:

  • Registration Form
  • Any cash/check donations

2. Distribute Plunger information to Flock members. Each Plunger must register as an individual, but they should link themselves to your School. They can register online OR by mail by downloading the registration form.

  • You may also want to give each person a cash donor record form to help manage cash so donors can be tracked and thanked. Contact info on checks will be used to thank donors so there's no need to list check donations.

3. At the Plunge: determine if you will handle everything for your School or if you will have each person do this themselves. This includes; handing in their donations that total $150 or more, picking up each member's incentives and getting their wristband(s) to access the Casino Ballroom.

If you registered online, you still need to bring any cash/check donations to one of the check-in sites.

  • Need help raising funds? You can sell Plunge Icons to raise money for your School. Click here to learn more.
