Flock Leader

1. Recruit at least four (4) other people to join your Flock; for a total of five (5) members (members can be Plungers and/or Pampered Penguins).

2. As Flock leader, register online. When you open the register link, select register for an event and follow the instructions. Firstgiving will ask you if you are part of a team, click yes and enter your team name.

For those registering in person, bring the following to one of the Check-in sites (Locations Coming Soon):

• Registration form 
• Any cash/check donations

3. Distribute Plunger information to Flock members. Each Plunger must register as an individual, but they should link themselves to your Flock. They can register online OR by mail by downloading the registration form.

• You may also want to give each person a cash donor record form to help manage cash so donors can be tracked and thanked. Contact info on checks will be used to thank donors so there's no need to list check donations.

4. At the Plunge: determine if you will handle everything for your Flock or if you will have each person do this themselves. This includes; handing in their donations that total $350 or more, picking up each Flock member's incentives and getting their wristband(s) to access the Casino Ballroom.
