Bocce
Bocce practice and competition are offered throughout the season from March to June. Athletes compete in the Area Summer Games, a regional competition, and the State Summer Games, held annually at the University of New Hampshire. Athletes can compete in singles, doubles, and team competition, which is four athletes per team.
The bocce season runs simultaneously to the athletics season. Athletes may choose to compete in either bocce or athletics.
The sport is a fun mix between bowling and cornhole – it is simple to learn, but can also be competitive and challenging! Our bocce athletes say they love the sport because it is comes with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and that the best part of the sport is getting to play and hang out with other athletes from around the state during competition. No experience is necessary!
