At Special Olympics New Hampshire, we like to encourage our athletes to participate in road races throughout the year and possibly fundraise around them. We’ve put together a list of local races. Click on the event to learn more!
Fit 5 Program
Fit 5 is based on the three simple goals of exercising 5 days per week, eating 5 total fruits and vegetables per day and drinking 5 water bottles of water per day.
