Sports & Competitive Events

Special Olympics New Hampshire (SONH) provides year-round competition opportunities to thousands of athletes that participate in the state each year.  SONH athletes compete in state-wide regional competitions and often advance to state level competitions.  The ability to travel and compete on a team helps to build life-long friendships with other athletes, Unified Partners, coaches and the community!

SONH offers sports training and competition programs for all ages, and all abilities. With a variety of sports offered every season and numerous competitions taking place at the Regional and State level all year long, there are plenty of ways to get involved.

Regional level events are offered as an additonal competition opportunity for our athletes. Most of our events require that athletes and partners compete at a Regional competition before competing at the State event.

Special Olympics New Hampshire offers sports training and competition in 20 sports.
