What paperwork is required to get started?

Athletes over eight-years-old must fully complete and submit an athlete application and communicable disease wavier prior to beginning practices. Athletes between two and seven years old must fill out a Young Athletes application and communicable disease waiver prior to beginning sessions. For more information, please click here.

What paperwork is required to begin volunteering?

We are always welcoming new volunteers to work with our amazing athletes! All volunteers are required to complete a Local Program Volunteer Application, and must complete an online background check and Protective Behaviors online course prior to getting started.
